EITHAREA (hereinafter "the Responsible Party"), with address in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

The Data Controller may collect the following categories of personal data:

Identification data

  • Full name

  • RFC and/or CURP

  • Copy of official identification

  • Handwritten or electronic signature

Contact information

  • Email

  • Landline and/or mobile phone number

  • Home

Asset and financial data

  • Information about real estate that you own or are interested in.

  • Investment capacity and financial profile

  • Legal documentation of real estate

  • Financial statements and/or proof of income (when applicable)

Browsing data (website)

  • IP Address

  • Browser type and device

  • Pages visited and browsing time

  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

The Data Controller does not collect or process sensitive personal data in the ordinary course of its operations. Should any circumstance require such processing, your express written consent will be requested.

III. Purposes of the treatment

Primary purposes (necessary for the legal relationship)

  • To provide the contracted real estate consulting, analysis, advisory and support services

  • Identification and verification of the identity of the client or prospect

  • Preparation of proposals, contracts, quotes and related documents

  • Communication regarding the status and progress of your real estate project

  • Compliance with applicable legal, tax and regulatory obligations

  • Billing and payment management

Secondary purposes (it may oppose them)

  • Sending information about new services, projects and investment opportunities

  • Invitations to events, webinars and activities related to the real estate sector

  • Preparation of internal market statistics and reports

  • Improving our services through satisfaction surveys

  • Analysis of browsing behavior on our website (using cookies)

If you do not wish your data to be processed for secondary purposes, you can indicate this by sending an email to info@eitharea.com with the subject: "Objection to secondary purposes".

IV. Transfers of personal data

The Data Controller may transfer your personal data, without requiring your consent, in the following cases:

  • Competent authorities (SHCP, SAT, IMSS, judicial authorities) when required by law

  • Companies belonging to the same corporate group that operate under the same internal processes and privacy policies

  • Third-party service providers (notaries, lawyers, appraisers, financial institutions) strictly necessary for the execution of the contracted services, who will be subject to equivalent confidentiality obligations

Apart from the above cases, the Controller will not transfer your personal data to third parties without your prior consent.

V. ARCO Rights and how to exercise them

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose (ARCO rights) the processing of your personal data, as well as to revoke the consent given, to the extent permitted by law.

To exercise your rights, please send a request to info@eitharea.com with the following information:

  • Full name and copy of valid official identification

  • Clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the data to which it refers

  • Any document or information that facilitates the location of your data

The Data Controller will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from the date of receipt. If applicable, the changes will take effect within an additional 15 business days.

VI. Use of cookies and tracking technologies

The website www.eitharea.com uses cookies and similar technologies to improve the browsing experience and analyze traffic. The cookies we use include:

If you believe that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, or that the Data Controller has not given a satisfactory response to your requests, you have the right to go before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).
